What does it mean to be in the body? or to be embodied? How does it feel? and how does it change our daily lives?
Introducing Hello Body sessions In a Hello Body session, you are invited to gently explore, feel, and sense your body and mind. You will be guided through games, movements, breathing and meditation to move effortlessly from a state of “doing” to a state of “being”, being embodied.
When we are in the body, we instantly drop below the mind and into the present moment, and leave thinking behind. We have more space to connect with our intuition, to better understand and manage our emotions, to have better focus and make decisions with more clarity.
We learn to feel safe in the body and build confidence to feel our emotions and allow the energy to move in and out, creating space and flow for healing to happen.
By bringing joyfulness and playfulness into the session, we shift into a higher vibration where the nervous system can self-regulate, and in turn, the whole body moves towards a more resilient and healthy balance.
She has woven together different threads to create Hello Body from her own life experience, her study of Awareness Through the Body, her background as a photographer and her Craniosacral work.
She has been giving Hello Body sessions for several years to both adults, teenagers and children, and feels truly passionate about this way of moving and being. Sessions can be given as a group or one-on-one.
